Good afternoon!
Greetings from sunny Florida! As I navigate the heat (not as scorching as it feels, but still high 80s), juggle the demands of babysitting, and try to find enough time for everything, I am reminded of God’s constant presence and provision. It’s in moments like these that I reflect on the words of the Psalmist: “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” (Psalm 23:1).
Despite the challenges, I am blessed to explore this beautiful part of the country. Recently, my wife and I had the chance to visit Venice Beach, FL, for a stunning sunset. It was a serene and unforgettable experience, a reminder of God’s artistry in creation. As it says in Genesis 1:31, “God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.”
During our adventure, I see the blessings God provides, often when I least expect them. Even while being away, I’ve managed to keep up with my responsibilities back home remotely, which is a testament to His provision and grace.
Proverbs 16:3 encourages us, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”
I’ve also had some enriching conversations with friends during this time and am eagerly anticipating our return. For now, I’ll continue to seek God’s will and trust in His plan, praying for the best outcomes in all situations.
Have a blessed day!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
(Proverbs 3:5-6)
