Hey folks, happy Saturday! Can you believe it’s already the day before Resurrection Day? Time sure does fly.

Today, I wanted to share a bit about what’s on my mind. First up, let’s talk about the Men’s Saturday breakfast Bible Study. There’s something truly special about coming together with fellow believers over a hearty breakfast and diving into the Word. It’s a time of fellowship, learning, and growth that I always look forward to.

In particular, we’re delving into 1 Corinthians chapter 7. This chapter is packed with wisdom about marriage, singleness, and relationships, a topic that’s relevant to so many aspects of our lives. One verse that stands out to me is 1 Corinthians 7:14, which says, “For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.”

This verse holds profound meaning in understanding the dynamics of faith within a family. I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of the Word and the Lord in my life. Being the first to embrace faith in a household where belief was absent, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact of God’s presence. It speaks to the transformative power of faith, illustrating how the presence of a believer within a family unit can sanctify the entire household. It’s a reminder that our faith not only impacts our individual lives but also extends its influence to those closest to us. Through our walk with Christ, we have the opportunity to bring holiness and blessing into our homes, even in the midst of differing beliefs.

On a more somber note, I want to take a moment to remember a brother in Christ who is currently suffering a huge loss. In times like these, it’s crucial that we come together as a community to offer our support, love, and prayers. Let’s lift him up in prayer and show him the love of Christ during this difficult time. Even if you don’t know who I’m talking about, the Lord does.

Speaking of fellowship, I’m reminded today of the importance of having a loving and supportive wife by your side. My own wife has been an incredible source of strength, encouragement, and love throughout my journey of faith. I’m endlessly grateful to the Lord for her presence in my life, and I’m constantly reminded of the blessing she is. Having your wife as your best friend is truly a priceless treasure, one of the greatest gifts life can offer. <3

I also had the opportunity to lend a hand to a friend and fellow brother in Christ by helping him move some of his belongings to his new home. It’s been a blessing for me more than him, as it reminded me of how the entire church has been a blessing in my life and my wife’s. There are just treasures of the Lord people don’t see right in front of them sometimes. I guess when you are in it or always have it in your life you don’t realize how different the world could be without it. I have been blessed by discovering a wonderful church, and it’s hard not to recognize that the Lord led me there. This experience is new to me, as I have not had it throughout my life.

So, as we head into Resurrection Day tomorrow, let’s keep these thoughts in mind. Let’s cherish the fellowship we have with one another, dive deep into God’s Word, support those in need, and treasure the loving relationships in our lives. My kids will be with us tomorrow for service, thank you Lord!

Until next time, may God bless you all abundantly.
